2.Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration on p999, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit or placing a bet, you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is binding from the moment of account creation.

These terms apply alongside any specific rules published for individual products on p999 – including football betting, esports markets, online casino games, Ludo games and fishing games. Where product-specific rules exist, they supplement rather than replace these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific rule takes precedence for that product only.

3.Account Registration

To use any real-money feature on p999, you must hold a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible users in Pakistan.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using p999 is not prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended p999 account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on p999. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, the same mobile number or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited. p999 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

p999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, a selfie with the document or confirmation of your registered mobile number via OTP. Verification is typically requested before your first withdrawal but may be required earlier at p999's discretion. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

4.Age Verification

p999 operates a strict 18+ policy. We are committed to preventing underage gambling and take every reasonable step to enforce it. During registration, users confirm they are of legal age. p999 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Where it is determined that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits refunded to the originating payment method. No winnings will be paid on bets or games played on an underage account.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software if they believe minors in their household may attempt to access p999.

5.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your p999 account credentials. This includes your password, OTP codes and any two-factor authentication details.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets or use your account on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.

p999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is your failure to maintain security of your credentials. However, where p999's own systems are compromised, we will take full responsibility and notify affected users promptly.

6.Deposits

p999 accepts deposits in PKR only, through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

6.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on p999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• p999 does not charge fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your p999 balance within minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank.

6.2 Failed Deposits

If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your p999 balance within 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to re-deposit until the original transaction is resolved, as this may result in duplicate charges that take additional time to unwind.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawals from p999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever the payment method supports outgoing transfers. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect users from fraud.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal from p999 is Rs 500.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the bonus-linked balance can be withdrawn.
• p999 processes standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. VIP Platinum members receive priority processing with same-day settlement in most cases.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 2,00,000 per day and Rs 10,00,000 per month. VIP Club members have higher limits based on their tier. If you need to withdraw above the standard limit, contact p999 support in advance to arrange this.

7.3 Withdrawal Holds

p999 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal to complete standard verification procedures. Holds typically last no longer than 48 hours. If a hold extends beyond this period, p999 will contact you directly with an explanation.

8.Bonuses and Promotions

p999 offers a range of bonuses including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, tournament prizes and VIP cashback. Each bonus is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer on the p999 promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your p999 balance. Real money is wagered first; bonus funds are used after your real-money balance reaches zero.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, per device and per payment method.
• p999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and actively in wagering will not be affected by a withdrawal of the offer for new claims.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers – including creating multiple accounts, exploiting wagering loopholes or using irregular betting patterns that show no genuine gaming intent – will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

9.Betting Rules

p999 provides sports betting markets on football, esports and other events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on p999.

9.1 Bet Placement

• Bets are final once confirmed on p999. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• The minimum bet on p999 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of selection.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency conditions. p999 reserves the right to reject in-play bets received after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even if not yet reflected on screen.

9.2 Void Bets

p999 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement; the market is suspended due to a technical error; odds were clearly incorrect due to a feed error or human mistake. Voided bets result in the stake being returned to your p999 balance in full.

9.3 Palpable Errors

Where odds are published in obvious error – for instance, a 100/1 favourite or an inverted line – p999 reserves the right to void bets placed on those odds. We will make every effort to identify and correct such errors before bets are placed. Where this is not possible, affected users will be notified and stakes refunded.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

The maximum single-event winnings payout on p999 is Rs 50,00,000. Multi-bet accumulator maximum payout is Rs 25,00,000. Bets that exceed these caps will be accepted but any winnings above the stated maximum will not be paid.

10.Casino and Game Products

p999's casino, Ludo and fishing game products operate under the same general account terms as the sportsbook. The following additional rules apply specifically to game products.

• All games on p999 use a certified random number generator. The RNG certification is independent and game outcomes are not influenced by p999's house position.
• Game malfunctions – including disconnections during an active session – are handled according to the individual game provider's rules. In cases of genuine technical failure during a game, p999 will credit the stake to your account where this can be verified from server logs.
• Ludo tournaments on p999 are governed by specific tournament rules published with each event. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament bracket has been published.
• Fishing game bullet costs constitute real-money bets. Each bullet fired is a separate wagering event. You are responsible for managing your session spending.

11.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p999. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances.

• Creating or operating more than one p999 account
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using automation, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with game products
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or platform glitches to obtain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting
• Using stolen payment methods or fraudulently obtained funds for deposits
• Attempting to launder money through the p999 platform
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your account
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Abusing p999 customer support staff verbally or otherwise

12.Account Suspension and Closure

p999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. The circumstances in which this occurs include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete verification within a required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or self-exclusion requested by the account holder.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your p999 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the point of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided the account has been verified and no outstanding wagering requirements apply. Bonus funds are forfeited on account closure.

12.2 Suspension During Investigation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits and withdrawals are frozen until the investigation concludes. p999 will aim to resolve investigations within 14 working days and will communicate the outcome to the account holder directly.

13.Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within your p999 account settings. Changes to increase limits take 24 hours to activate; decreases are immediate.

• Cool-Off Period – Step away from p999 for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Your account remains intact but you cannot deposit or play during the cool-off.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account with no option to reopen. p999 will not contact excluded users with any promotional messaging.

14.Intellectual Property

Using p999 content on third-party platforms, social media or other websites without authorisation is a violation of these terms and may constitute infringement under applicable law.

15.Limitation of Liability

p999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that odds and prices will be entirely free from error.

To the fullest extent permitted, p999's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the relevant transaction that is the subject of the claim. p999 is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses not directly resulting from a p999 error – including losses arising from sports results, game outcomes or your own betting decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits p999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16.Changes to These Terms

p999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via the email or mobile number associated with their account, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of p999 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account before they take effect by contacting support.

17.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which p999 operates. Any disputes arising from your use of p999 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as specified by p999's operating licence.
