p999 requests CNIC verification before processing your first withdrawal. You can register, deposit and play without submitting a CNIC. When the time comes, you'll need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC through your account settings. Verification is typically completed within 10 minutes during business hours.

You can request account closure through Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming section (using the self-exclusion option) or by contacting p999 live chat support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure is refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited on closure.

Name changes are not permitted after CNIC verification has been completed, as the name must match your official identity document. To change your registered mobile number, go to Account Settings and use the number-change flow, which requires OTP verification on both the old and new number. Login & Security

Wait up to 60 seconds before requesting a resend – delivery can be delayed on Jazz, Telenor, Ufone and Zong networks during peak hours. Check that your SIM is active, has signal and is not blocked for incoming SMS. If the issue persists after two resend attempts, contact p999 live chat support with your registered number and an agent will investigate.

Accounts lock automatically after five consecutive failed login attempts. The lock expires after 30 minutes, or you can use the password reset flow to unlock immediately via OTP. If your account has been locked for a different reason (e.g. a security hold), contact live chat support for assistance.

p999 does not charge any fees on deposits from its side. However, some payment providers – particularly certain banks for IBFT transfers – may apply their own transaction fees. Yes. p999 provides daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Set the maximum PKR amount you want to be able to deposit in each period. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before it activates.

Log in to your p999 account, go to Cashier and select Easypaisa. Enter the amount you want to deposit. p999 will display a merchant account number and reference. Open your Easypaisa app or dial *786#, select "Send Money" to mobile account, enter p999's merchant number, the amount and confirm with your Easypaisa PIN. The deposit typically reflects in your p999 balance within 60 seconds.

Log in to p999, open Cashier and select JazzCash. Note the p999 merchant mobile account number displayed. Open your JazzCash app or dial *786#, choose "Send Money", enter p999's merchant number, the deposit amount and confirm with your JazzCash MPIN. The credit to your p999 balance is typically instant. If you encounter any issue, contact p999 live chat with your JazzCash transaction ID.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from a p999 account is Rs 500. Withdrawals can be made to any of your registered payment methods – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. You can only withdraw to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, as part of standard anti-money-laundering practice.

Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically take 2–24 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals (Visa/Mastercard) may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal times can be longer during weekends and public holidays. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to CNIC verification.

Common reasons for a p999 withdrawal being rejected include: CNIC verification not yet completed; active bonus wagering requirements not yet met; attempting to withdraw to a payment method not previously used for deposits; daily or weekly withdrawal limits reached; or a pending security review on the account. Contact live chat support with your withdrawal reference for a specific explanation.

p999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees from its side. However, depending on your payment method and bank, your provider may charge a receiving fee. Easypaisa and JazzCash typically do not charge the recipient on incoming transfers. Check with your bank for IBFT and card-related receiving charges.

If your withdrawal is still in a "Pending" status and has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it from within your account's Transaction History. If the cancel option is not visible, contact live chat support immediately – once a withdrawal has been sent to your payment provider, it cannot be recalled.
